Life saver location It's too convenient to have next to the airport. I placed an order in advance and collected my large parcel just before entering the airport. This gave me the option of taking 7 kgs of snacks and pushing it into my check-in baggage to manage weight and not carry snacks in cabin. Although there is a Chitale shop in the airport waiting lounge, you can stuff & carry only so much into your laptop bag /cabin luggage. Mostly, Pune flights have all passengers have a huge amount of cabin luggage & are jostling for space. I dont want anyone ramming his /her laptop bag into my snack parcel & breaking my bhakarwadi packets or crushing the box of besan ladoo....

very small store with limited items available. Also the prices were significantly inflated as compared to the normal rates of chitle bandhu probably because this store is inside the airport terminal

Store is good and I am proud that our marathi businesses are available at such prestigious locations…. i am an old customer of chitale but the service disappointed me this time. I visited the store last tuesday at 10 in night…. Salesgirl seemed quite busy in her laptop with no customers in shop and she was too ignorant to answer anything i asked….management should rectify this and train the staff properly as customer lost at such places can spoil the brand image

Nice display of different varieties of sweets & snacks at various price ranges. Before boarding the flight at Pune airport, travellers can buy some savouries, cookies etc., for their near & dear ones.
